I aspire for operational excellence, not political chaos.  My name is Tom Flickinger and I am your Washington County Treasurer.  I said four years ago that I would save the county $1 million dollars and indeed, through two bond refinancing’s, I saved the taxpayers $1.75 million dollars.  I created the Washington Abused Animal Relief Fund that pays for the medical bills of abused animals in the county.  The Treasures’ office is the model of high performance and operating excellence with in the county.  I would appreciate your vote in November, so I may continue to serve the taxpayers of Washington County.
